Meet the Founders
Viella Brand Communications was founded by Ashley Single and Jackie Callahan — two people from different paths, united by a shared belief that everyday details can be beautiful when done with care.

Ashley brings over 20+ years of experience in print, promotional products, packaging, displays, and retail POP. She has a passion for creativity and problem-solving, helping brands communicate their stories through thoughtful, effective, and beautifully executed solutions. Ashley believes in being more than just a vendor—she’s a true partner to her clients, focused on collaboration, precision, and bringing ideas to life in ways that make a lasting impact. As part of a proud military family, Ashley carries a deep sense of gratitude and purpose that infuses both her work and the way she leads.

Jackie built her career across communications, finance, and wine importing, developing a meticulous obsession with process improvement and finding creative uses for technology — skills that now define Viella’s modern, thoughtful approach to our projects. Educated first at Gonzaga Prep and then the University of Portland, she’s deeply grateful to be back in Spokane, reconnecting with a community that is unlike any other — one that continues to inspire the work and heart behind Viella.

They are seasoned experts whose talent and heart shape every project and we couldn't be more grateful to be on this journey with them. Built on the legacy of the mentors and teams who came before us, Viella was created as a fresh start — a chance to honor what we’ve learned while reimagining how to serve clients with more clarity, creativity, and care.
